Organisational Units
Used to group diagrams and access privileges.
When first registered each individual user gets their own personal OU in which to create temporary diagrams. Each individual is given 20 credits with which to create diagrams. When they have used all there available credits, diagrams must be removed in order to reuse the credits. No one else can see the diagrams unless the URL is sent to them. In this way an individual can create temporary diagrams to send to others for reference.
Other OU can also create. Each new OU receives 20 credits with which to start. Other users registered with the site can be given permissions to access these OU. Each connection defined uses 1 credit and additional credits can be purchased or earned. They are used to keep permanent diagrams of server installations which can be referred to later for support purposes.
